I’m delighted to announce that Cancer Hair Care was one of the charities recently nominated to receive 1,000 free gifts from Beauty Despite Cancer as part of their ‘Ten Thousand Gifts’ campaign.

It was really wonderful to be nominated, and to know that so many have felt supported by us over the years. 

The 1,000 specialist skincare products for cancer patients were delivered by us to NHS hospitals and patients across England and Wales. 

The Beauty Despite Cancer range was created by oncology skincare and therapy specialist Jennifer Young. She began formulating skincare products for cancer patients when her local NHS hospital asked her to work with them and create skincare and cosmetics for those going through treatment. Jennifer has since developed more than 300 products to help treat the effects of cancer treatment on the body.

For those living with and beyond cancer, the Beauty Despite Cancer gifted products included the Defiant Beauty Nail Oil, a gentle, moisturising oil designed to care for brittle nails and the Defiant Beauty Hand Balm.
