Whether you wish to book an appointment, have a quick question or need a longer conversation call our Help Line. One of our helpful team will answer the phone and check to see if a Hair Loss Advisor is available. Our Hair Loss Advisors will listen to you and offer guidance or may refer you to one of our Hair Loss Specialists. As well as people who are facing hair loss we also offer support and guidance to health care professionals, support groups, hairdressers and anyone who is supporting people during cancer and hair loss.
We are very experienced in all areas of hair loss and haircare throughout the entire hair loss experience. Our Hair Loss Advisors all have in-hospital clinical and hands on experience of supporting hundreds of people with every aspect of their experience .Additionally some of our advisors have themselves been through the experience during their cancer treatment. They are all trained by our charity founder, the UK's Leading Cancer Hair Care Specialist Jasmin Julia Gupta. From helping people to think through in-depth subjects such as whether or not to try Scalp Cooling, to coping when hair falls, tips on wigs and scarves to colouring new hair growth.

No Just call our helpful team at the times listed. If the Hair Loss Advisor feels that they need to refer you to our Hair Loss Specialists they will arrange this for you. However if the line is busy please do leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We can offer you guidance every step of the way. We offer support before, during and after cancer treatment. Until you feel that your hair has recovered we are here to listen, support and guide you.
Yes - We are often asked to speak with hairdressers to offer them some guidance on how to support you. For example, when people have their first hair colour on new hair growth or hairdressing during scalp cooling.

Yes - our charity Caring Hair runs Cancer Hair Care but is also able to offer support to people with non-cancer related hair loss.
